Tony Guo

Audit Chairman & Director
Mr. Yingting (Tony) Guo has over 28-year experience in the mineral industries. He has worked on mineral exploration and development projects/mines in China, Mongolia, Africa, Europe, US and Canada. Mr. Guo's business expertise includes the mineral resource exploration, development, assessment, acquisition and project management. Mr. Guo has participated and managed many mineral exploration works internationally for the last 20 years. His credentials include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the Nanjing University as well as a Doctor Degree in Geology and Exploration from China University of Mining and Technology. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist from the Province of British Columbia, Canada and QP member of Mining and Metallurgical Society of America. As either an exploration geologist or a senior management and board director, Mr. Guo has worked from public mining companies to private consulting firms such as Jinshan Gold Mines, China Gold International, Minco Base Metal, Behre Dolbear Group etc.

Andrew Lee Smith, P.Geol

Interim President, Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Smith is a Professional Geologist. He has over 25 years of experience successfully exploring, developing and operating North American and African base and precious metals mining projects. He also holds Directorships and management positions with a number of other junior exploration companies. Mr. Smith holds a BSc in Earth Sciences from the University of Waterloo and is a professional geologist and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He received the Mining Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1994 from the Quebec Prospectors Association for his role in mine development with Aurizon, and was named Outstanding Alumnus of 2009 by the Science Faculty of the University of Waterloo for his contributions to mineral exploration.

Zhijun He

Director
Dr. Zhijun He is a professional geologist with over 20 years of experience in geological research, mineral exploration and geological service. He holds a PhD degree in Petrology and Economic Geology from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and is a member of AusIMM. Dr. He is the winner of the 11th Silver Hammer Prize in Geological Science awarded by Geological Society of China, and has won several provincial and ministerial Technology Awards for mineral exploration and scientific research, including two First Prizes of the Prospecting Achievement Award from China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Sinotech Minerals Exploration Co., Ltd. ("Sinotech") and holds the positions as director or supervisor for six major subsidiaries of Sinotech. Dr. He has been guiding the exploration and has pioneered the market development of geological service in China, Asia, Canada and Africa, and has led the discoveries of several large-sized multi-metallic deposits for clients of Sinotech in Africa.

Nick Watters

Director
Mr. Watters is a co-founder of several successful mining enterprises. He has been an integral part of raising nearly $260 million for various start-up and development opportunities in his career and has been part of a team that have brought several projects from initial discoveries to full development situations. Beginning in the corporate communications field, he has worked with several public and private companies in a wide variety of sectors including mining, high-tech and the biotech industries. Mr. Watters helped create the corporate identities for a number of small start-ups as well as heading up their corporate communications departments. Mr. Watters is currently the Director of Business Development for East Africa Metals Inc. as well as serving as a director to other public companies. He has been the President of his private investment company, Talisman Venture Partners, since 1999.
